Q: How do I go about getting a vending machine for
my location?
A: Simply notify us. P&J’s Vending will
handle the project from beginning to end at no cost to you. We will:
a. Determine your location’s vending needs
b. Professionally install the best type and number of vending machines
c. Select the best mix of brand name products for each machine
d. Routinely re-stock and service each machine

Q: Is there any costs involved with installing
vending machines at my location.
A: All costs for vending machine
installation, machine maintenance, product inventory and restocking services
are incurred directly by P & J’s Vending. You simply provide the electrical
source.
Q: How do I know how many vending machines will be
needed?
A: P & J’s Vending will perform an
on-site evaluation of your location and provide you with the type and number
of machines that would optimally serve you. Our evaluation considers your
site’s forecasted traffic, demographics and available space.
Q. How often are the vending machines refilled?
A: P&J's Vending will determine how often the machines
at your facility require refilling based on sales volume. We place each
machine on a routine re-fill schedule to ensure it is adequately stocked.
If sales volume increases or decreases significantly we will adjust
the refill schedule accordingly. Normally our machines are refilled
any where from 3 times a week to bi- weekly.
Q: What if a machine runs out of product before the
scheduled refill date?

We guarantee the machines at your location will be refilled within 24
hours– often times on the same day - regardless of the next scheduled
re-stock date.
Q: What if a machine is not working properly?

We will respond promptly to repair the machine.
Q. What if money or product is lost when using a
machine?
A: Call us at 1-800-649-8494 or contact us via e-mail.
We’ll quickly reimburse you for any money or product lost. Your clients
can also be reimbursed for lost monies by
notifying us through this website.
