This is a state-of-the-art monitoring system created and maintained by Cantaloupe Systems, Inc., a leader in the application of wireless technology for the vending machine industry. In a nutshell - (or should I say, melon skin) - each of our vending machines is now equipped with a wireless device that gathers and submits various types of information about the machine to a central database. The information may include thermostat malfunctions, product run-outs, empty change supplies, anything that affects P&J Vending's ability to get your clients the snacks, drinks and meals they want. If there's an urgent problem - let's say the thermostat is broken, or a machine is malfunctioning, or maybe a specific product has been completely sold out, P&J Vending will be notified immediately by fax, e-mail or phone….AND P&J Vending will respond promptly. One of our representatives will be sent on location to replace the machine, reload the products - what ever it takes to provide you with the service you've come to expect from P&J Vending.
